Marketplace is where you are going to buy and sell your lands and equipment.

There are two ways of selling your lands and equipment, through direct transaction or auctions (available after release).

Serfdom

You can rent out your lands instead of selling them. You and your tenant will share the profit.

You will be the one who decides how the profit is shared. The rule may be changed once per week and has to be agreed between both of you.

You will stop to gain any other benefit out of it (number of lands for bonus purposes, squad vs squad defense bonus, etc.).

You will still have to enrich your land for the land to be profitable.

The land cannot gain any level while being rented out.
